Missed appointments / cancellations
Polite notice: Although it is rare, it does occasionally happen that a pre-booked appointment can be forgotten or cancelled at too short notice for it to be offered to another patient.
A 5% administration charge and recovery charges are made for late payment and a charge may be made for missed appointments or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
